Cancellation Policy

1. Acknowledgement of Risk All usage of the cricket bowling machine is entirely at the client’s own risk. The provider will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues sustained while using the bowling machine. 2. Equipment Care & Responsibility The client must operate the bowling machine according to the provided instructions. Any damage to the bowling machine, its attachments, or associated equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow proper operating procedures will be the client’s financial responsibility. Repair costs will be billed directly to the client. 3. Bowling Balls All bowling balls provided must be returned in good condition. Any loss or damage to bowling balls will require the client to replace them at their own expense. Bowling balls will be counted before and after each session to confirm inventory. 4. Bookings & Cancellations All bookings must be paid for in full upfront. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session will be forfeited with no refund issued. 5. Payment Terms Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the session. No session will proceed without confirmation of payment. 6. Agreement to Terms By booking and/or using the cricket bowling machine, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
